[1]The Second Respondent did not subject the Claimant to unwanted conduct and the claim under section 26 of the Equality Act 2010 is dismissed. I can confirm that this is my judgment in the case numbered above and I have signed the judgment by electronic signatureREASONS
(1) As per the case management order of Employment Judge Bromige dated 7th February 2023, the Claimant was required to notify the Tribunal by 21st February 2023 that they were pursuing an application to reinstate the First Respondent to the Register in order that the claim against the First Respondent could proceed.(2) Upon no such confirmation being received by the Claimant, the claim is struck out on the grounds that it is not being actively pursued.
