JUDGMENT
[1]The complaints of unpaid statutory redundancy payment and unauthorised deduction from wages against the First Respondent, having been withdrawn by the Claimant, are dismissed as against the First Respondent under Rule 52 of the Rules contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.[2]The complaint of unpaid statutory redundancy payment against the Second Respondent was not contested and succeeds.[3]The complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages (unpaid holiday pay) against the Second Respondent was not contested and succeeds.[4]The Second Respondent must pay the Claimant the sum of £3,150.01, made up as follows: £ 4.1.
