JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was engaged as a worker providing personal service to the respondent for the purposes of section 230 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and Regulation 2(1) of the Working Time Regulations 1998.[2]The claims of unlawful deductions from wages in respect of unpaid hours of work are not well founded and are dismissed.[3]The claim for failure to pay accrued holiday pay is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation in the net sum of £2,129.60.
