JUDGMENT
It is the decision of Employment Judge G Duncan that:[1]The Respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £3,283.38[2]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £186.35.[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the total sum of £3,469.73.[4]The Claimant is responsible for any income tax or employee national insurance contributions that may be due on the sums awarded in respect of unpaid wages and unpaid holiday pay.
