[1]The claimant’s claim for disability discrimination is not well founded and is dismissed;[2]The claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is well founded and the respondents should pay the claimant £1,303.70 in respect of the basic award and £300 in respect of the compensatory award;[3]The claimant’s claim for failure to pay wages (to which he is legally entitled under s.1 National Minimum Wage Act 1998) under s.13 Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded and the respondents should pay the claimant £38,025.46;[4]The recoupment provisions apply to this judgment.
