JUDGMENT

[1]The claim of an unlawful deduction from wages, by the respondent’s failure to pay the claimant contractual wages for 5.33 weeks, is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation in the gross sum of £1,924.13.[2]The claim for the failure to pay fourteen days accrued holiday pay is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation in the gross sum of £1,010.80.[3]The breach of contract claim in respect of notice pay is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the gross sum of £1083.00.[4]The reason for the termination of the claimant’s employment was redundancy. The claimant, who was over the age of forty-one at all material times and had 4.5 years of service and a gross weekly wage of £361.00, is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £1,624.50.[5]The correct identity of the claimant’s employer is Fabcraft Limited. Case Number1601133/2018[6]The claimant will be accountable for any tax or national insurance payments due on the aforesaid gross sums. .
