JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claims of less favourable treatment under the Fixed-term Employees (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment) Regulations 2002 are dismissed having been withdrawn by the claimant. This judgment does not affect the claimant’s claim that she was unfairly dismissed, which is being pursued.[2]By consent, the first respondent (Bridgend County Borough Council) is dismissed from these proceedings. The Governing Body of Maesteg Comprehensive School shall henceforth be referred to as “the respondent”.
