[1]The claimant’s claims were struck out by a judgment of 10th June 2018. The respondent had already made a costs application on 22nd May 2018 by an application sent by email to both the claimant and tribunal. No response was received from the claimant and on 30th August 2018 EJ Beard specifically requested any comments on the application. No response was received and on 6th September the claimant was notified by email that unless any objection was received within 7 days it would be assumed that he had no objection either to the making of a costs order or the amount sought. No reply has been received and accordingly judgment is entered in the amount claimed.
