JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from wages by failing to pay the Claimant the full amount of her wages due from 7 June 2021 to the 5 July 2021 and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1523.60 being the total gross sum deducted. .[2]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to pay the Claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken annual leave on termination of employment and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £203.11 being the gross sum due.[3]The Claimant was not unfairly dismissed by the Respondent.[4]The Claimant is not entitled to compensation for financial loss arising as a result of the Respondent’s unauthorised deduction from wages.
