JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of unfair dismissal is not well-founded and is dismissed.[2]The complaint of unlawful deductions from wages contrary to s 13 Employment Rights Act 1996 and presented pursuant to s 23 ERA 1996 is well-founded, and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1034.91 in respect of unlawful deductions.[3]Pursuant to s 38 Employment Act 2002 the award in respect of unlawful deduction to wages is increased by an amount equal to two weeks’ pay: 2 x £461.54 = £922[4]The total amount which the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant is: £1,956.92
