[1]By letters dated 30 August and 3 September 2018 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out because• the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 3 September 2018; and• it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done.[3]Further to the Unless Order of 3 September 2018 and in accordance with Rule 38 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 the claim is dismissed. 6.2 Strike out Judgment – claim - rule 37 Case No: 1601065/2017 3.
