Employment Judge T Vincent RyanIn person for claimantDate 13 January 2020

JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant lacking two years qualifying employment and thus being ineligible for the statutory right not to be unfairly dismissed (and no exceptions to the qualifying rule being claimed), the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear such a claim. The claimant’s claim that he was unfairly dismissed is dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claims that the respondent made unauthorised deductions from his wages and failed to pay to him holiday pay due on termination of employment having been settled, they are withdrawn; those claims are dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.
