[1]The claimant presented her claim for an unlawful deduction from her wages, a claim which the respondent denies.[2]On Friday the 6th December 2019 the claimant notified the Employment Tribunal of her intention not to attend this hearing. Neither party has attended the hearing today.[3]The claimant has provided neither witness evidence nor documentary evidence in support of her claim and has not sought to prosecute the claim at this hearing.
