JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent failed to pay to the Claimant accrued holiday pay due to him on termination of his employment, that is for the period 1 January 2023 – 25 August 2023, being 13 days accrued but untaken holidays, at the daily gross rate of £84. The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant holiday pay of £1,092 subject to the usual statutory deductions.[2]The Respondent failed to provide the Claimant with written employment particulars and shall pay to the Claimant two weeks’ net pay totalling £660 in respect of this failure.
