The complaint of Disability Discrimination is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 10 February 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim for Disability Discrimination should not be struck out because the Claimant had failed to comply with paragraph 2 of the case management order dated 16 December 2022.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim of Disability Discrimination is therefore struck out.[3]The Preliminary Hearing listed on 3 March 2023 and the hearing fixed for 27-29 June 2023 will not take place.
