JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claims of harassment and direct discrimination in relation to the protected characteristic of sex, and sexual harassment, in relation to an incident that occurred before or on 12th August 2020 was presented to the Tribunal out of time in circumstances when it would not be just and equitable to extend time to the presentation of the claim on 20th July 2021. These claims are dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claims of harassment and direct discrimination in relation to the protected characteristic of sex, and sexual harassment, in relation to an incident that occurred on 7th April 2021 is not well-founded, fails, and is dismissed.
