JUDGMENT
[1]The claims against the Third Respondent dismissed upon withdrawal.[2]The claims against the Second, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Respondents are limited to the claim identified within paragraph 88 of the Claim Form as a claim relating to the Claimant’s dismissal having been an act of detriment under s. 47B and those claims proceed in accordance with the Order of even date.[1]The Claimant’s complaints of victimisation under s. 27 of the Equality Act 2010 are dismissed upon withdrawal.[2]The Claimant did not make protected qualifying disclosures and all remaining claims under ss. 47B and 103A of the Employment Rights Act 1996 are dismissed.[3]Upon the parties having reached terms of settlement in respect of all remaining claims, they are also dismissed upon withdrawal.
