By a letter dated 6 August 2023 Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of disability discrimination should not be struck out because it no reasonable prospect of success as the Claimant has not addressed this claim at all in the ET1 ticking the box is insufficient.[1]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaint of disability discrimination is therefore struck out.[2]The claimant’s remaining claims remains listed for a preliminary hearing for case management on 15 September 2023.
