JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was an employee at all material times of the First Respondent and was unfairly dismissed. The First Respondent is to pay the sum of £5,984 to the Claimant (basic award £1,667 and compensatory award £4,317). By agreement between the parties half the total award is to be paid immediately and the balance paid by equal monthly instalments (including any interest) on or before 12 February 2021. The Employment Protection (Recoupment of Jobseekers Allowance and Income Support) Regulations 1996 as amended do not apply.[2]No Order is made against the Second Respondent. Case Number: 1600927/2020
