As the Respondent has presented a response stating the claim is not contested, and there being sufficient material before me to enable a proper determination to be made, I uphold the following claims:• Arrears of Pay: £842.00 (gross) £1142.00 (gross)• Notice Pay: £3162.36 (gross)• Statutory Redundancy payment: £6324.72 The claimant is responsible for tax due on the arrears of pay and notice pay.
