The Claimant’s complaint in respect of holiday pay fails and is dismissed.REASONS
There is no reasonable prospect of the original decision being varied or revoked, because the application does not include any matter which was not addressed in the original judgment. The underlying factual position was that the Claimant had almost used up his holiday entitlement by the time of the Christmas shutdown in 2023, and therefore was only entitled to payment in respect of part of that period. The Claimant’s application does not take that any further.
