As the Respondent has presented a response stating the claim us not contested, and there being sufficient material before me to enable a proper determination to be made, I uphold the following claims:• Arrears of Pay: £926.85 (gross) £1226.85 (gross)• Notice Pay: £3397.20 (gross)• Statutory Redundancy payment: £8493.30 The claimant is responsible for tax due on the arrears of pay and notice pay. I act in accordance with my powers under Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure 2013.
