JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant by bank transfer to the account of his solicitors by 4.00pm on 11 June 2019 the sum of £12,000.[2]By 4.00pm on 18 June the Claimant shall have liberty to restore this claim in the event that the payment specified in paragraph 1 of this Order is not made.[3]The Claimant’s claim shall be dismissed on 25 June 2019 in the event that there has not been an application for liberty to restore the claim under paragraph 2 of this Order.
