JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent’s application that the claimant’s claims of disability, race and age discrimination be dismissed as having no reasonable prospect of success fails and is dismissed;[2]The respondent’s alternative applications for the said claims to be the subject of Deposit Order(s) as having little reasonable prospects of success fails and is dismissed in relation to the claim of disability discrimination but otherwise succeeds. The claims of age and race discrimination are subject to Orders that the claimant pays deposits of £100 and £400 respectively as preconditions of proceeding to a full merits hearing; a separate Order and Notice will be issued.[3]The claimant’s application of 12th May 2020 that the respondent’s Response be dismissed fails and is itself dismissed in the interests of justice.
