JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from wages by failing to pay the claimant the full amount of wages due from 1 March 2021 to 9 July 2021 and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £ £15,132.70 net of tax, being the total sum deducted.[2]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from wages by failing to pay the claimant’s employer’s pension contributions for the same period, and is ordered to pay the sum of £625, being the total gross sum deducted.[3]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to pay the claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken annual leave on termination of employment and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1364.15 being the net sum due
