Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claim succeeds and the remedy to which the claimant is entitled is as follows;[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross/net sum of £234.00.[3]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1,360.64.[4]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1,620.00.[5]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £237.60[6]The hearing listed on 14 October 2019 is cancelled .
