JUDGMENT
The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that:(1) The claim that the respondent directly discriminated, harassed and victimisation the claimant, in correspondence, by its depiction of what had occurred during a grievance hearing on the 15th June 2017, is dismissed upon withdrawal.(2) The claim that the respondent victimised the claimant by not selecting him to work at the European Cup Final in June 2017 is dismissed upon withdrawal.(3) The eighteen claims of direct discrimination, harassment and victimisation are not well founded and are dismissed.
