[1]By consent, the name of the Respondent is amended from “NC Autos Conwy Panel and Paint Ltd” to that shown above.[2]There was no relevant transfer for the purposes of TUPE 2006, whether to NC Autos Ltd (trading as “Conwy Panel and Paint” and “Conwy Classic Cars”), or to any other body. The Respondent is therefore liable for the sums set out below.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the following sums to the Claimant.a. Arrears of pay of £447.38 (net of tax).b.
