JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims against the Respondent for notice pay and unpaid wages are dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday is upheld insofar as the Respondent accepts that it owes the Claimant 15 hours x £7.20 per hour.[3]The Respondent shall make payment to the Claimant in the sum of £108 as unpaid holiday pay on or before 6th February 2019. Case Number: 1600778/2017[4]On or before 6th Febuary 2019 Gordon Dadds LLP shall pay to the Respondent the costs thrown away by the adjourned hearing on 18th May 2018 in the sum agreed of £249.50.
