In the absence of an ET3 response form from the respondent, and there being sufficient material before me to enable a proper determination to be made, I uphold the following claims:• Unpaid Wages (pay discrepancy) £ 80.00• Unpaid Wages (May 2019 gross pay) £ 2083.33• Holiday Pay: £ 576.90• Breach of Contract (notice pay) £ 1199.33• Breach of Contract (expenses) £ 20.00 Total: £ 3,959.56 The claimant is responsible for any income tax or employee national insurance contributions that may be due on the sums awarded in respect of unpaid wages, unpaid holiday pay and notice pay.
