Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £3456.84.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £8211.42.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £532.00.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant’s unpaid wages for 2 July 2016 of £38.00[5]The respondent is ordered to pay costs to the claimant under Rule 75(1)(b) in the sum of £125.00 in respect of the issue fee paid by the claimant in these proceedings.
