JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant’s following claims are well-founded and succeed; the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sums shown totalling £5,193 (subject to statutory deductions where shown):[1]The claimant is entitled to receive redundancy pay of £1,713.00 (which sum is the corrected sum, an incorrect sum having been stated in the oral judgment; this correction is as a result of a reconsideration on the Tribunal’s own initiative, the claimant having been advised that the figures would be checked).[2]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages in the sum of £2,640.00, subject to tax/NI.[3]The respondent failed to pay to the claimant holiday pay due to him on termination of employment in the sum of £840, subject to tax/NI.
