Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £720.[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from Mr Webster’s wages by failing to pay the claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken annual leave on termination of employment and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £1414.20.[3]The Claimant has a right to a redundancy payment. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £5,940.
