JUDGMENT

[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is made out and succeeds.[2]The Respondent must pay the Claimant the sum of £1,099.82, calculated as follows: £ 2.1. Salary (net £731.20 x 6) 4387.20 2.2. Holiday pay (net £146.24 x 3) 438.72 2.3. Car allowance (£103.65 x 6) 621.90 2.4. Expenses 344.00 2.5. Less 2.5.1.
