JUDGMENT
[1]The parties having agreed terms of settlement in respect of the claimant’s claims on terms set out in a document of their making, the details of which were not disclosed, the unanimous judgment of the tribunal is that unless either party applies to the tribunal in writing by 4 p.m. on 15th May 2018 for the matter to be re-listed for hearing then the claims shall be dismissed on that date on deemed withdrawal by the claimant. The tribunal heard no evidence and has not made any award; the recoupment provisions do not apply. JUDGMENT[2]The proceedings are dismissed following a withdrawal of the claim by the claimant.
