JUDGMENT
[1]At all material times the claimant was an agency worker; he was not employed by the respondent; his claims of Unfair Dismissal and Wrongful Dismissal fail and are dismissed.[2]The claimant is a disabled person by reason of both coronary heart disease and Wolf Parkinson White Syndrome. He was disabled by these physical impairments at the material time.[3]The claimant’s claims of disability discrimination, claims of discrimination arising from disability and of a failure by the respondent to make reasonable adjustments fail and are dismissed.
