JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars; the claimant is not entitled to an award of compensation;[2]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with itemised pay statements and by agreement it shall pay to the claimant £500 in this regard within 21 days of today’s date;[3]The claimant resigned from his employment with the respondent on 9th March 2019; he was not dismissed. His claim that he was unfairly constructively dismissed fails; that claim is dismissed;[4]The claim that the respondent made unauthorised deductions from his wages fails and is dismissed;[5]The claimant’s claim that the respondent failed to pay him holiday pay over six years ago was presented out of time in circumstances where it was reasonably practicable for him to have presented the claim in time. That claim is dismissed as the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider it. Case No.:1600674/2019
