The judgment of the Tribunal (with the consent of both parties) is that:[1]The Claimant’s claim for redundancy pay is well founded and the Respondent must pay £8371.88 gross to the Claimant;[2]The Claimant’s claim for the unpaid balance of notice pay is well founded and the Respondent must pay £3562.50 gross to the Claimant;[3]The Claimant’s claim for accrued unpaid annual leave (also considered to be an unauthorised deduction from wages claim) is well founded and the Respondent must pay £712.50 gross to the Claimant;[4]The Claimant is responsible for any tax or national insurance contributions due.
