The parties having settled the claimant’s claims (on terms not disclosed to the tribunal but set out in a memorandum of their own making), the judgment of the tribunal is that, unless any party applies to the tribunal in writing by no later than 4 p.m. on 15th August 2017 for the claims to be restored all the claimant’s claims against each of the respondents will be deemed to have been withdrawn and shall be dismissed. No evidence was heard; no findings of fact nor awards were made; the recoupment provisions do not apply.
