JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was not a disabled person, as defined by s.6 Equality Act 2010, at the material time (November 2022 – December 2022); his claims of Disability Discrimination therefore fail and are dismissed.[2]The Claimant resigned from his employment by notice given on 4th November 2022, agreed to be effective on 6th November 2022 but effected by him on 5th November 2022; he was not dismissed by the Respondent. The Claimant’s claim of Unfair Dismissal fails, and is dismissed.[3]The Respondent did not issue to the Claimant written employment particulars; as no relevant claim succeeded, the Tribunal is not able to make any award in relation to this matter.
