JUDGMENT
[1]At the time of the events she complains about the Claimant was not disabled as defined in s 6 and schedule 1 of the Equality Act 2010. Her claims of disability discrimination are therefore dismissed.[2]EJ Povey recorded on 10 August 2018 that the Claimant withdrew her claims of unfair dismissal and for redundancy and other payments. The claim of pregnancy discrimination is therefore dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s sickness absence on 13th February 2017 is not proved to have been pregnancy-related. The Claimant was, in any event, not treated less favourably by reason of that absence nor the later pregnancy-related absence from 27th March to 4th April 2017. The alternative claim of sex discrimination is therefore dismissed.
