[1]The parties having advised the Tribunal that the claim has been settled by agreement between them, the claim is dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant except in respect of the unfair dismissal complaint, which is stayed until 18 February 2018 to allow terms of settlement to be satisfied or an application to be made to the Insolvency Service, and, unless further application is made by 18 February 2018, the unfair dismissal complaint shall also be treated as dismissed upon withdrawal on that date and without further order.
