JUDGMENT

The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows:[1]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy.[2]The claim for breach of contract by reason of the failure to pay statutory notice pay is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant damages in the gross sum of £2,637.96.[3]The claim for unlawful deductions from wages is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £109.80.[4]The claim for unpaid annual leave is dismissed upon withdrawal.[5]The claimant had fifteen years continuous service and was at all material times over twenty-one and under forty years of age. Her gross weekly wage was £219.83 and accordingly the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant a redundancy payment in the sum of £3,297.45. Case Number: 1600553/2019
