This means that the respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £10,728.99, in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted.[2]The Respondent was in breach of contract for not reimbursing the Claimant her petrol expenses.
