JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant’s claims are well-founded and succeed, namely:[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from his wages in respect of weeks ending 12th January 26th January and 1st February 2018 in the sum of £1,400 gross, and the respondent shall pay that sum to the claimant, subject only to the usual statutory deductions;[2]The respondent breached the claimant’s contract regarding notice of termination and shall pay to him one week’s pay of £500, subject to the usual statutory deductions;[3]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment, and shall pay to him two week’s pay totalling £1,000 in respect of that failure;[4]In consequence of the above the total gross payment due to the claimant from the respondent is £2,900.00.
