[1]By a letter dated 07 July 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of Unfair Dismissal should not be struck out because of insufficient service.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done. Diabetes; and 1.2. Long COVID.[2]The Claimant's claims of discrimination because of disability, age and sex were submitted within the time limit in section 123 of the Equality Act 2010 and the tribunal has jurisdiction to hear them.
