JUDGMENT

The complaint of Unfair Dismissal is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 07 July 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of Unfair Dismissal should not be struck out because of insufficient service.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done. The complaint of unfair dismissal is therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claims remain. _____________________________ Employment Judge Sharp Date: 2 August 2022[1]The Claimant was disabled at the material time of the claim (15 January 2021 to 16 January 2022) by virtue of the following impairments: 1.1. Diabetes; and 1.2. Long COVID.[2]The Claimant's claims of discrimination because of disability, age and sex were submitted within the time limit in section 123 of the Equality Act 2010 and the tribunal has jurisdiction to hear them.
