[1]The claimant confirmed her withdrawal of the claim that she was subjected to detriment(s) by the respondent on the ground that she had made a protected disclosure or protected disclosures; that claim is dismissed.[2]For the avoidance of doubt the claimant also confirmed her withdrawal of all or any claims made personally against Mr Wright, in terms of him being a second respondent in these proceedings. In so far as any such claims were intimated and have not already been dismissed, they are dismissed.
