[1]In the absence of an ET3 response form from the respondent, the following claims brought by the claimant are upheld; Disability Discrimination and Unlawful deduction of wages.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £11,797.84 in compensation as calculated as set out below. Compensation Unpaid wages 13 weeks net pay @ £252.68 pw £3,284.84 Injury to feelings £8,400.00 Total £11,797.84 The Employment Judge acts in accordance with my powers under Rule 8 of the Employment Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure 2013.
