JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £2,150.8, in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted.[2]The Respondent was in breach of contract for dismissing the Claimant without notice. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £356.25 in damages for breach of contract.[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £712.50 for failure to provide employment particulars as required by s. 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.
