JUDGMENT
[1]In breach of Section 13(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996, the Respondent deducted from the First Claimant’s wages, without his authorisation, his wages in respect of the period 1st to 15th November 2020. It is ordered to pay him the sum of £1,009.84 in this regard.[2]In breach of Section 13(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996, the Respondent deducted from the Second Claimant’s wages, without her authorisation, his wages in respect of the period 1st to 15th November 2020. It is ordered to pay her the sum of £922.95 in this regard.[3]In breach of Section 13(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996, the Respondent deducted from the Third Claimant’s wages, without her authorisation, her wages in respect of the period 1st to 13th November 2020. It is ordered to pay him the sum of £861.64 in this regard.
